Transforming a business into a brand.

Operating as a well-established private dental practice in South London, named Battersea Rise Dental Studio, the practice was know to its loyal patient base for delivering high-quality dentistry since 1990, and had built a strong reputation. With ambitious plans for scaling the business, the time had come to reimagine the brand.

MONOGRAM was commissioned to create a new brand, which would unite all future acquisitions sharing the same values and demographics – with practices located in affluent neighbourhoods around London. Our job was not only to create a standout brand name, visual identity and brand experience but to do so in a way which felt like a brand improving as it grew—at all times delivering the highest quality treatments in state-of-the-art settings.

BRAND IDENTITY

White & Co practices bear all the characteristics you would expect from a local dentist; friendly, approachable and caring. However this brand wanted to offer more than just the usual neighbourhood charm. It needed to be smarter in every way. We created a new name and distinctive brand mark which immediately puts a smile in the mind. The resulting identity is luxurious yet welcoming and was applied consistently throughout the customer experience from the website, marketing materials and advertising to interiors and signage.

SIGNAGE

A comprehensive signage programme was created to bring the White & Co. brand to life across all practice locations. From high-impact external fascia to subtle interior wayfinding, each sign was carefully designed to reflect the brand’s identity while enhancing clarity and patient experience. Materials, typography and layout were considered in detail to ensure each practice feels welcoming and unmistakably White & Co.

COMMUNICATIONS COLLATERAL

We developed a full suite of communications collateral designed to build trust and consistency at every stage of the patient journey. This included marketing brochures, DM collateral, digital assets such as email templates, social media graphics and patient information PDFs.
